  Phone office for military and govt. comms, especially enciphered speech systems. SIGSALY. Closed down years ago, then all of a sudden, it was reopened about 10 years ago. Must be a back up for a digital comms outage and so they will have analog back-up in case of EMP, etc. I've been all the way up to the turnstile many years ago. Now, you can only drive up to the gate, and that is all. Nuclear hardened, and likely continuity of government location as well as back-up for JSOC, et.al.
